Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Patient follow-up calls.
2. Execute core processes.
3. Liaise between intake center, patients and technicians.
4. Maintain facility patient areas.
5. Schedule surgeries.
6. Operate general office equipment.
7. Maintain medical records and business files and transmit correspondence.
8. Greet patients and visitors and direct them within facility.
9. Receive and route messages.
10. Perform various clerical and administrative functions.
11. Present intake forms and marketing materials to patients.
12. Compile data as needed.
13. Perform payment transactions and maintain patient account records.
14. Coordinate and communicate information between personnel.

High school graduate or GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Fluency of the English language. Excellent oral and written comprehension and expression. Speech clarity and recognition. Active learning and listening. Ability to respond to common inquiries and provide information to patients and colleagues. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use mathematical methods or formulas for general business calculations. Ability to calculate percentages. Ability to compile, tabulate, or verify information or data.
Ability to collect data and establish facts. Ability to use logic. Ability to identify information by categorizing and recognizing differences or similarities.
